Description
Bear Lake Memorial Healthcare is seeking a hard-working, dependable individual to help clean various departments throughout the hospital.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General cleaning of various rooms and departments ensuring compliance with strict infection control guidelines.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and washing walls.
- Waxing and stripping floors as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with housekeeping duties is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Adherence to required infection control guidelines for cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- High level of integrity.
- Flexibility to work various hours/shifts, including days, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Willingness to take turns with on-call schedules.
- Physical capability to perform bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, lifting, and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
