Bear Lake Memorial Hospital is seeking hard-working, dependable individuals that can provide compassionate and caring service to the residents of the Bear Lake Manor.

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist residents with all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, housekeeping, toileting, etc.
  • Assist residents with shopping, travel to doctors’ appointments, etc.
  • Take and record vital signs.
  • Give compassionate care to residents.

Requirements:

  • Willing and able to be flexible and to work various shifts/hours/days
  • Must be dependable
  • Must be kind and compassionate.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Adherence to confidentiality/HIPAA requirements
  • Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
  • Must be able to do a significant amount of lifting, bending, twisting, standing, and walking.
  • Must have good people skills and be able to get along with others.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
